BioI'm currently on a journey to change my eating and exercise habits FOR LIFE. I (re)joined Weight Watchers on 01/11/03 at 218 lbs. Some days are harder than others, but my goal is 134 lbs and I am determined to reach it. It may take a while and the journey will be rough, but I believe in me!
